These rules apply across all APG 7DTD servers. Failure to comply may result in warnings, kicks, or permanent bans depending on severity. These rules are enforced by our staff and are subject to change at any time. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse

7 Days to Die Rules
  • No griefing: Do not intentionally damage, destroy, or interfere with another player’s base or gameplay.
  • No cheating: Any use of third-party software, trainers, macros, or modifications that alter the game beyond what is allowed is strictly forbidden.
  • No exploiting: Duping, glitching, or using unintended mechanics to gain advantage is not allowed.
  • No stealing: Do not take from another player’s death bag, land-claimed base, unlocked storage, crafting stations, or POIs they occupy—even if the land claim is inactive. If it looks like it belongs to a player, regardless of land claim status, it is not yours to take.
  • Respect terrain integrity: Excessive terrain deformation, tunneling under POI’s, or massive pits near another players area is not allowed.
  • Mining near others: Do not mine large holes or quarries within visual distance of another player’s base. The map is massive—find another resource vein away from other players’ build areas.
  • Respect others: No hate speech, racism, slurs, harassment, or personal attacks.  This will result in an immediate ban.
  • No advertising: Do not advertise other communities, Discords, or servers in any APG space.
  • ✅ No political or religious content: Discussions, jokes, or depictions of politics from any country or from and religion are not allowed in game chat, voice chat, base decor, or on the APG Discord.
  • No base sabotage: Do not lure zombies or intentionally cause damage to another player’s base.
  • Be cautious with allies: APG is not responsible for theft or loss caused by players you have allied with.
  • Preserve POI loot: Do not destroy high-value loot containers in POIs (e.g., safes, loot crates, bookshelves, etc.). If the container is missing, it will not regenerate when the loot refreshes.
  • No trader or DC camping during bloodmoon: Using or being inside a trader’s area or Donor City during Bloodmoon is not permitted.
  • Supply drop etiquette: Do not nerd pole to steal a supply drop that another player is clearly approaching or already at. Be respectful—claiming loot by exploiting height first is considered bad sportsmanship.
  • No impersonation: Pretending to be APG staff, moderators, or admins in any way is strictly prohibited.
  • English only in public chats: To ensure clear communication, please use English in global chat. You may speak your native language in party or friend chat if desired.  We do have bilingual staff for select languages if the need arises.
  • Voice chat expectations: Do not scream, play music, or be disruptive in proximity chat or Discord voice channels.
  • ✅ No expectation of privacy: APG servers are public. In-game chat, Discord public channels, and voice channels may be monitored or logged for moderation.
  • Farm plot limit: Limit farm plots to a combination of 25 directly connected plots. You can have multiple sections, but only 25 can touch each other.
  • Land Claim enforcement: Land Claim Blocks (LCBs) cannot be placed within 200 blocks of any trader or the Donor City (DC). Additionally, reset zones are also restricted and do not allow land claims. These areas will notify you upon entry and exit. If you are unable to place a Land Claim Block in a location, then you are not allowed to build there.
  • No drop mining: Avoid collapsing large areas by removing supports. Always mine top-down to prevent terrain or structure drops. Large Drop Mines = Jail Time.
  • ✅ Respect player space: Do not build your horde base within visual distance of another player’s base or horde base unless you have their permission. If a conflict arises, staff may require one of the bases to be relocated.
  • ✅ FPS-killing builds: Excessively large or complex structures that affect server/client performance may be subject to removal or required cleanup.
  • Donor building only: Only donors can build in Donor City. Donors are allowed 1 land-claimed plot per player, per server (unless you are Platinum). You may have non donors living with you, but a donor must have the plot claimed.
  • Connecting plots: You may connect plots with your friends via tunnel or bridge.
  • Respects shared spaces: Do not block roads, paint blocks, or destroy anything that is not part of your own land-claimed plot.
  • Personal traders: Donors must keep their personal traders secure and not publicly accessible. Your friends and allies may use your personal trader, but they must remain behind a closed/locked door.
  • Not a bloodmoon base: Do not stay in the city during Bloodmoon.
  • POI takeover limits:
    • Only tier 1, 2, or 3 POIs may be claimed (identified by skull icons when entering).
    • Tier 4 or higher POI claims will be removed and reset without warning.
  • Land Claim Block (LCB) limits:
    • Five active LCBs per player.
    • Placing a sixth will deactivate the oldest, making it unprotected and lootable by others.
  • One POI claim per player: Only one POI may be claimed per biome. The extra LCB’s are intended for custom builds (e.g., horde bases or shops), or larger than one LCB POI’s.
  • Expired claims: On B&L server, any base with an expired land claim becomes public and is fair game for looting or takeover.
  • Relaxed mining (Vanilla and B&L only): Drop mining is allowed to simulate a single-player experience.
  • Tree farms: Limit of 20 trees per base to avoid performance issues and clutter.
